Call to Action to Address Racism & Social Injustice Research Program

November 10, 2021, 4 pm Central
Zoom Webinar

Please join us for an information session about the annual request for proposals for the Call to Action to Address Racism & Social Injustice Research Program. Recognizing the critical need for universities across our nation to prioritize research focused on systemic racial inequities and injustices that exist not only in our communities but in higher education itself, the Call to Action to Address Racism & Social Injustice Research Program provides support for academic research and the expansion of community-based knowledge that advances the understanding of systemic racism and generationally embedded racial disparity.

During this session, you will be able to learn more about the full RFP, the goals of the program, and hear about what a successful application might look like. This request for proposals includes funding tracks that are open to both to University of Illinois researchers as well as members of the wider university and Champaign County communities. Please register to receive a link to the Zoom webinar session.

If you require an accommodation to participate in this event, please email diversity@illinois.edu. Pleae note early requests are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time for meeting your access needs.
