Affirmative Action Plan

The Office for Access and Equity, Affirmative Action Analytics and Planning Division oversees the affirmative action plan and the search process for the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Search Process Toolkit 

Recruiting and hiring individuals to work at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, is one of our most important cooperative responsibilities. A Search Process Toolkit has been designed to provide resources to guide you through the various stages of the search process and to ensure the university is recruiting talent and making hiring decisions, in a fair and equitable way. 

Workshops and Trainings

The division offers many different training and workshop opportunities for our campus partners. We offer weekly trainings and online presentations of the most requested workshops listed below. Additional in-person trainings and workshops can be scheduled by request.

Reports and Data Requests 

The division produces current and historical Faculty and Staff summary reports and are available via Box. To request custom reports from the division, please fill out the Data Request Form.
