The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (“university”) is committed to providing a safe and welcoming campus environment that is free from all forms of discrimination based on sex. The university does not discriminate against any person based on sex and prohibits sex discrimination in its education programs or activities, including in admission and employment. The university will take action to provide appropriate remedies when such conduct is found. The university also prohibits retaliation against any person who, in good faith, reports or discloses a violation of this policy, files a complaint, or otherwise participates in an investigation, proceeding, complaint, or hearing under the Sex-Based Misconduct Policy.
